7 Ways To

How to Re-experience a Personal Encounter With Christ?
Share Jesus with others. Depending on how far you’ve strayed, you may not feel comfortable sharing Jesus by proclaiming His name.
Share Him in small gestures
For instance, do at least one good deed for the people you meet daily. They could be family members or complete strangers.
Consider these small gestures:
A smile, saying good morning and have a good day, hold a door open for someone, pick up something that fell for someone, ask somebody how he is doing today, etc.
You’re probably thinking but these are things I do all the time. The difference is this time, these are things you will be doing with a purpose. As you do them, think of Jesus.
Make them a habit with the right frame of mind. Because of what Jesus did for you on the cross, you wanna give back. Just in case you forgot. What did He do for you on the cross? The nail-pierced hands should have been yours.
Throughout the day your mind will be constantly on Jesus. We sometime make the mistake of not giving God the time of day. In my experience, I find that when I give God the time of day I have a better, more fruitful day.
Because your mind is on Him, therefore, you’ll be more likely to remember to say a prayer every now and then. You’ll suddenly see an improvement in your prayer life. Consequently, you’ll want to get to know Him better and eventually pick up your Bible.
It’s great stuff! Try it!
By the way, God does not make serving Him complicated. If the idea of serving God seems complicated it’s not from Him. The complicated part of our salvation, Jesus fulfilled at the cross.
In fact He says, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:29, 30 KJV)

How To Love As Jesus Commands
The Lord has provided the Holy Spirit to works to produce His fruit in you
When you demonstrate kindness, patience, or gentleness
To those who don't deserve such pleasant treatment
Know it's the Lord’s love at work through you
This fruit is not produced by trying harder
But think of it as sap running through a branch on a grape-vine
The branch doesn’t make grapes; the sap does
So it's the Spirit that flows through you
Producing God’s love in you
So that you can pass it on to those
Who are unkind or hard to get along with
Agape love is the reason you are able to care for someone who mistreats you
It's God’s doing, not yours
Even the adoration you offer the Lord is not without His assistance
Though the command to love is enormous
God’s grace makes it possible
So invite the Holy Spirit into your life, today.

How To Evangelize Using Testimonies
Think back to before you were born again
The struggles within
The loneliness
The lack of peace
The absence of love
The unrest
The fears
Talk about the decision that revolutionized your life and the change
The difference it has made since you received Christ
Speak of Christ, not the church
Emphasize faith, not feeling
Be human and honest as you talk
You want your testimony to produce results, so:
Ask God to open your lips and honor your words
Be warm and genuine.
Let your enthusiasm flow freely
Be positive and courteous
Let your smile breaks down the barriers
Talk of the sheer joy and excitement of knowing Christ
Talk about how exciting Christ really is in an interesting way
Absolutely refuse to argue
Now, If you are not sharing the gospel with lost people (which means to open your mouth and speak about Jesus Christ and the way to eternal life), it is for one of two reasons. Either you are so young and immature in your faith that you did not know that God has commanded you, through His Word, to go and tell the world about Jesus Christ. Or, your fear of man and your love of self are greater than your fear of God, your love for God, and your love for people.

Who Loves Whom?
Don’t ever boast of how much you love Jesus
Boast of how much Jesus loves you.
Our love is fickle.
It runs hot and cold.
But God’s love for us never changes.
It is always there.
John the apostle referred to himself as-
John the apostle referred to himself as-
"The disciple whom Jesus loved.”
That was not arrogant.
John was saying that he knew Jesus loved him.
And you need to know that Jesus loves you
Even if you have fallen away from Him.
Maybe you have messed up.
Maybe you are in a backslidden state.
The way to get right with God is to return to Him.
God says in Jeremiah 3:22
“Return, you backsliding children
And I will heal your backsliding.”
So, remember where you were.
Return and repent of your sin.
And then start living as God wants you to live.

What's It To You When You Believe...?
"‘If you can!' All things are possible for one who believes." —Mark 9:23
If you believe, then God can do anything in your life!
If you believe, God is able to do all things.
If you believe, God will do them according to His plan.
If you believe, God will do them according to His purpose.
If you believe, God will do them according to His will.
If you believe, God can do anything.
If you can believe, all things are possible!
Father God! I believe! What is your will and purpose for my life, today?

Lessons I Never Want To Forget
Many of God's promises are conditional
If we are willing to do His will, all His strength is ours
Whatever gift He promises, is in the promise itself
If we receive the promise, we have the gift
Some measure of faith is imparted to every human being
Faith grows as exercised in the Word of God
Truth, uprightness, and purity are the secrets of life's success
Prayer and faith are closely allied
When praying, we must ask for the things that God has promised
Prayer is a necessity, not an option
Secret communion with God sustains the soul's life
The Bible is a book of good moral instruction as well as the Word that is to mold our actions, words, and thoughts
Whatever gift He promises, is in the promise itself

Some measure of faith is imparted to every human being

Yesterday's Testimony
Decorated seashell from Gene's collection
During my door-to-door outreach yesterday I met this beautiful couple, Gene and Carolyn Price. Gene collects a variety of things in nature and displays them in his apartment. Gene is also a singer and songwriter. He is interested in sharing his talent with Everyone. He can be reached at (718)778-3890.
This couple was my very first contact of the day. We connected instantly. While Carolyn searched The Natural Remedies Encyclopedia, Gene shared his life's journey with me of how The Lord has blessed him and his family. "No one can curse what The Lord has blessed" he said, which prompted me to share the story of Balaam who was called to pronounce a curse over the children of Israel. But instead he uttered words of blessing over God's people, which infuriated Balak, the king of Moab (Numbers 23).
Once again, The Lord preceded me and paved the way. Instead of a slamming door, this family invited me in and shared the many blessings of God.

Testimony
Testimony is not about what you gave up for Jesus.
It's about what He gave up for you.
Don't share what you have done for Jesus.
Share what Jesus has done for you.
Jesus is the one who has done the work.
It is Jesus whom we are proclaiming.
A good, strong testimony will lift up what Christ has accomplished.
With that said, here is my testimony:
God woke me up this morning and I had no idea how this day was going to turn out (yeah right, as if I ever do). But God allowed me to trust Him to precede me to the doors I was to knock on. By His grace I remembered to remain prayerful throughout my rounds. Everyone He blessed me with the opportunity to interact with today was like long lost friends. God allowed me to meet this one lady that after praying, we hugged as friends do. The fact that Jesus keeps me connected to Him pays off. This beautiful experience was all because of His grace.
What's your Testimony?
